The first Sauna Sisters Story Sharing Workshops began in June 2017 on the eve of summer solstice. The first sisterhood sauna experience was held in the beautiful Kaurilan sauna in the heart of Helsinki.

Sauna Sisters is a magical community for women who want to learn from each other, support each other and of course for women who love sauna!

We explore and recreate both traditional and modern sauna rituals and share stories to strengthen the invisible bonds between all women regardless of who they are or where they are from. Bonds which can free women to be themselves; freeing themselves from traditional roles or returning to their roots and higher selves.

The magic of sisterhood and steam brings love, support and different life perspectives to the stories women share with each other.
